Cycling through Amsterdam with tulips!

We are already gearing up for one of our favorite annual events: cycling through our beautiful capital with cargo bikes, adorned with our favorite flower—the tulip! Keep reading to find out where you can spot us and why this event is a highlight for us each year.

Our beautiful picking garden basks in the first spring sunshine each year, located not in the bustling city center but in the quaint and authentic village of Venhuizen. While Venhuizen is a beautiful spot, it’s often overlooked by tourists. We strive to ensure as many people as possible can enjoy the vast tulip fields, charming villages, and picturesque landscapes of our region. Our goal is to showcase the pride of our country, especially to tourists, presenting a vibrant calling card of our nation.

What could be more Dutch than tulips and bulb fields? Cycling, of course! That's why we at Tulip Tours have been pedaling through Amsterdam on our cargo bikes for many years, handing out free tulips to passers-by. We also distribute flyers with information about Tulip Tours and our picking garden. We're excited to hit the streets again on March 21st!

Wondering where to find us? Amsterdam is a large city, so there's a chance you might miss us. However, you can increase your chances by heading to Amsterdam Central, where we start each day at the pick-up point. From there, we cycle through the city, handing out tulips for free—a gesture well-loved by the locals.
